It is not recommended to wear trail running shoes, everyday shoes, or sneakers.

You must bring all the food and drink you need for a long day out hiking.
If you stay at Bygdin the night before, you can make yourself a packed lunch from the breakfast buffet.

Route

On this trip, your guide will show you the way and make sure of your safety. The terrain is very rocky. Therefore, we recommend ankle-height mountain boots. Depending on the weather conditions, your guide might need to make some changes on the hike.
