JVB Travel App – Your Digital Travel Companion
The JVB Travel App is the official mobile companion for guests travelling with Jotunheimen Travel and Fjord Mountain Route.
It gathers everything you need for your journey in one place — itinerary, vouchers, maps, practical information, and daily plans — accessible anytime, even without mobile coverage.
Getting started the quick way
- Download the app from Google Play or Apple Store.
- Log in using the personal app reference you have received from us appr. 30 days before your trip.
- Your complete journey is ready to explore.

As your departure approaches, the app becomes available and serves as your personal travel guide throughout the entire trip.
Step 1 – Download & Start
Once you have downloaded, installed and started the JVB Travel App this screen shows up.
Step 2 – Enter the App Reference
You will receive access to the app shortly before your trip starts.
An email will be sent from our booking department to you with your personal app reference for login and instructions for how to download and use the app.
This will happen approximately 30 days before the start of your trip
We recommend downloading the content before departure so you ensure that can use it offline during your journey.
Step 3 – Download the Content
The trip you have booked will show up – please go ahead downloading all content for your trip. The content will be ready for you also when offline during your journey.
Step 4 – Choose & Update your Trip
The overview “Your trips” appears where you can choose the trip you have booked.
Note! We recommend to load the content again shortly before embarking on your trip. Press the small blue three dots symbol to the right to update the downloaded content. So you will receive the latest content for your trip.

You will receive a link to your personal travel overview by e-mail from us.

- You will find a link to download the JVB Travel App (Android or iOS) to you mobile phone

Download GPX Files of your trip
On your personal travellers page you also have access to download all GPX files that are provided for your trip

Follow your browsers download routine

Upload the files from your phone / pc / device to the navigation tool or app you are familliar with and you would like to use (e.g. Komoot, Strava, Outdooractive, Garmin, etc.)
